Pet Policy

TempStay understands the importance of having your companion during your stay. We can accommodate many pets, but there are certain restrictions that are set by the properties.

  • General

    • 2 Pet Maximum
    • Dogs/Cats Only (Property Requirement)
    • Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and on flea/tick control

    Fees

    • $250.00 / 1 Pet
    • $400.00 / 2 Pets
    • Double Standard Cleaning Fee

    Failure to notify TempStay of pets in the unit or to comply with Pet Policies set forth by TempStay can result in penalties up to and including fines, forfeiture of rent, and/or eviction. Resident assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury resulting from a pet/pets in the unit.

    • Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog)
    • German Shepherds
    • Akitas

    • Doberman Pinschers
    • Mastiff Breed
    • Malamutes
    • Cane Corso
    • Husky
    • Chow Chow
    • Any Wolf Hybrid
    • Great Danes

  • Cats

    Spayed or Neutered


    Preferabled declawed (if not, TempStay REQUIRES walkthrough prior to move-out)
